Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist you with exchanges for eligible items. Please read our exchange policy below for all the details:
1. Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags attached, packaging intact).
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchanges, unless otherwise specified.
2. How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at contact@chmleon.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
Our team will guide you through the next steps and issue a return authorization (if necessary).
3. Exchange Process
Once we’ve received your request, we will:
Provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process your exchange for the item(s) you want.
We will ship the exchanged item(s) to you at no additional cost (unless specified otherwise).
4. Exchange Limitations
If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit for the value of the item.
If the new item is of a higher price than the original, you will be required to pay the difference before the exchange can be processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item is defective or incorrect
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will cover the return shipping and issue an exchange for a new, defect-free item.
7. Non-Eligible Items for Exchange
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Gift cards.
8. Quality Check
All exchanged items undergo a thorough quality check. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the item is used or damaged. Please note that slight color, brightness, or texture variations may occur between screen images and the actual product. We encourage reviewing the product description before purchase.
Processing Time
After receiving the returned item, we will complete the exchange within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Policy Limitations
Exchanges are allowed for the same product (for size) only once and are subject to availability.
